For Cyclists

Stronger On
The Bike.

Hours in the saddle shape your body in one direction. Let's undo the bits that stiffen up and power up the bits that fade.

Sound Familiar?

Do You Ever…

The stiff neck

An hour in and your neck's shouting. Two hours in and you've forgotten what comfortable feels like.

The numb back

Lower back that goes numb then seizes the moment you stand up off the bike. The cyclist's signature move.

The dead leg

Power's there on the trainer, disappears on the road. One leg's doing more than its share and it's catching up with you.

The off-bike shuffle

You ride 100K then walk like a newborn giraffe for ten minutes. Cute on the giraffe, less so on you.

Your body's been managing. Managing isn't the same as better. It doesn't have to be that way.

The 60-Second Screen

How Well Is Your Body Actually Working?

No equipment. No cost. Just you, a bit of floor, and some honesty. You'll get a read on your balance, your flags, and what to do next.

First, a quick balance check.

Stand on one leg, eyes closed, and count the seconds before you lose balance or put the foot down (cap at 45). Note the number. Then do the other leg.

The Programme

Two Pillars. One Result.

A body ready for cyclists. Built on the two things almost every athlete is missing.

Physical Capacity

Strength, mobility and resilience for the back, neck and legs. Build a body that holds its posture and power for hours.

Body Awareness

Learn your asymmetries and the side you favour. You can not fix what you can not feel.

Ride Strong: not set-and-forget. Check-ins, tweaks, and a plan that bends around your life. (There's a 4-week foundations option if six feels like a lot right now.)

Ongoing Support

Because You Love This Sport.
Don't Let Your Body Be the Reason You Stop.

No drop-off. No good luck, see you never. Just an athlete who keeps getting better.
