For Runners

Run Further,
Feel Better.

Miles are easy. It's the niggles that wear you down. Let's sort the body so the miles look after themselves.

Sound Familiar?

Do You Ever…

The first mile

You used to ease into it. Now the first mile is a negotiation with your knees and calves before anything loosens up.

The niggle

That Achilles that's never quite right. The IT band that flares after 10K. You rest it. It comes back at the same distance.

The plateau

Your training's gone up but your times haven't. Your body's working harder than it should for the same pace.

The day after

Long run Sunday. Monday you walk like you've aged ten years overnight. Two days later, you're out the door again. Until you're not.

Your body's been managing. Managing isn't the same as better. It doesn't have to be that way.

The 60-Second Screen

How Well Is Your Body Actually Working?

No equipment. No cost. Just you, a bit of floor, and some honesty. You'll get a read on your balance, your flags, and what to do next.

First, a quick balance check.

Stand on one leg, eyes closed, and count the seconds before you lose balance or put the foot down (cap at 45). Note the number. Then do the other leg.

The Programme

Two Pillars. One Result.

A body ready for runners. Built on the two things almost every athlete is missing.

Physical Capacity

Strength, resilience and load tolerance through the legs, hips and feet. Build a body that absorbs miles instead of fighting them.

Body Awareness

Learn your compensations and asymmetries. The side you favour, the stride that drifts. You can not fix what you can not feel.

Run Pain Free: not set-and-forget. Check-ins, tweaks, and a plan that bends around your life. (There's a 4-week foundations option if six feels like a lot right now.)

Ongoing Support

Because You Love This Sport.
Don't Let Your Body Be the Reason You Stop.

No drop-off. No good luck, see you never. Just an athlete who keeps getting better.
